How to properly wash the Vaginal area?
You must follow a set of directions to gently wash the vaginal area. Here are the steps,
Step 1: Clean your hands
The first thing you need to do before cleansing your vaginal area is to cleanse your hands. Of course, your hands will be filled with bacteria or germs while touching your phone, laptop, door handles and etc. So, don’t forget to wash hands with antibacterial soap.
Step 2: Wet the vaginal area
Now, slightly wet the area around your vaginae such as the valva, folds, clitoris, vaginal opening and perineum so as to lather the soap well.
Step 3: Lather up your hand or washcloth
The next step to washing your vaginal area is to lather up your hand with a blob of natural intimate wash. You can also use a washcloth or sponge to do the job.
Remember that the actual vagina (inner canal) will do self-cleaning which means the area doesn’t really require washing with soaps that will irritate the area. Therefore, you need not wash the vagina instead you need to clean the area around the vagina like (Valva, folds, Clitoris, vaginal opening, and perineum).

Step 5: Repeat twice
On a day-to-day basis, you must use the intimate wash twice a day. You can use it more frequently during periods, excessive perspiration, sexual intercourse, and workout to keep it clean and fresh.
